If the username and password you entered is not authorizing:
- Check the case of your password. Make sure that your CAPS-LOCK key is off. Your password needs to be entered in the exact case as it was created.
- Remember that your username is your FULL email address, as you entered on your profile form (in the form of 'user@host.com'). Make sure to check for typographical errors in your entry.
- Your password was chosen by you, and is between 4 and 8 characters in length. If you believe you chose a password longer than eight characters, try entering just the first eight as your password.
